About these Terms and Conditions

  • "You" means you the customer, and "we" and "us" mean World Programming Limited.
  • "Product" means any software application developed by us including without limitation bundled software, stand alone software and downloadable software.
  • These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of our Products and are in addition to any license terms and conditions that may apply.

Products and Charges

  • Some Products may be available to buy on-line from this web site. The associated costs with buying on-line will be indicated before you complete an on-line transaction.
  • There are no delivery charges because all Products are supplied as a download.

License

  • Products are licensed and not sold.
  • Licenses are for a term of one year.
  • Product license agreements are available upon request.

Payment

  • You can make a payment by credit card or by electronic bank transfer.
  • If you are paying by electronic bank transfer, a request for payment will be sent to you together with details about how to download your Product. A license key to activate the Product will be provided after your payment is cleared. If we do not receive payment in cleared funds within 30 days after the date of your Order then your Order may be cancelled.
  • If you are paying by credit card, then you must supply your credit card details when you place your order. Your credit card will normally be charged immediately. We will supply a Product activation key to you once your credit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment of the Products ordered. If we do not receive such authorisation we will let you know.
  • Payment must be in the specified currency on any request for payment that we send to you.
  • Payment is due before delivery.

Delivery

  • All Products are available as a download only.
  • Product documentation is available in electronic form only and included in the download.
  • Details about downloading will be provided to you by email once we have processed your transaction.
  • Once payment has cleared (normally two business days for credit card), a license key is provided by email to activate the Product.
  • All transactions are processed by us during normal UK working hours.

Cancellation and Refund

  • Once the credit card details have been processed and the download details and Product activation key have been sent to you, the transaction is completed and there are no refund options.
  • You shall be responsible for ensuring that any Product ordered by you is suitable for your requirements and is compatible with your existing systems and practices. Some of our Products are available for a free evaluation.
  • We regret that we are unable, under any circumstances to refund monies once the activation key has been sent to you.
  • Should you be unable to complete the download, you must inform us as soon as possible. If you have informed us and we have been unable to rectify the situation within 14 Calendar Days of receiving your download instructions, you may request a refund in writing. Refund requests should be sent by email or post to us at the address shown in the contacting section of this web site. A refund of the purchase price shall be the extent of our liability for the unsuccessful downloading of Products.

Export Restrictions

  • Upon entering into a contract, you agree to comply with all Export Laws.
  • You agree (i) not to export any Product to any country in contravention of any Export Law, and (ii) not to export any Product to any country for which an export licence or other governmental approval is required, without first obtaining all necessary licences or other approvals.
  • You warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which export of the Products is prohibited by any Export Law.

Data Protection

  • We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
  • We do not hold credit card details.
